Dear Hercules Boogie 2000!
A small club in the eastern part of Norway has birthday this year! We are 30. We will try to celebrate the day with a 30-way - OK? The name of the club is HAGL Skydiverclub, which means small balls of frozen snow. We do look forward to meet you all in our neighbour country. Skydive from Kaare

A proposal for a possible improvement:
During recent Hercules Boogies the announcements made via the loudspeaker system has had a tendency to be useless in the camping area, partly due to echoes from the buildings, partly due to other noise. Increasing the volume will not help. If the announcements etc. instead was broadcasted via radio, then any standard receiver, eg. car-radio, could be used as a loudspeaker. At any suitable location, an appropriate volume can be obtained without echoes and the like. This will require a permission from some authorities to use a lowpower transmitter, similar to what some Drive-In cinemas has. This should not be to difficult to obtain for the limited duration the Hercules Boogie has. And of course it requires a transmitter, but modern days has made such equipment reasonable abundant. You might even find a company who will sponsor the use of such a system for the duration of the Hercules boogie.
There are unfortunately a negative side of this idea. The C-130 pilots will no longer have the loudspeakers as a possible trophy when making low-passes.
